Mafihla is the author of three books, i.e. Look no further than within:
The BEcome, OUTcome, and then INcome principle; The security practitioner’s Digest: A focus on security experience and best practices learned; and Fear Not: At least for 364 plus 1 day. He is married and a father of three and lives in Soweto. Mafihla believes in self awareness, self development and mastery. He has several certifications, among them are NLP, REBT, Online MBA, project management, proof reading & editing, Diploma in Mindfulness Practitioner, and a PHD Candidate. He has travelled to Austria, Russia, Sweden, France, the UK and the United States of America. He is certified Security Advisor by the State Security Agency (NIA). During his leisure, Mafihla runs a tight schedule and economise time as much as possible. His after work schedule during weekdays is as tight as his work schedule: reads to and from work (on the road/auditory); spends about four hours after work in the office studying; spends 100 minutes on the treadmill still listening to auditory books and studies. Having studied modern applied psychology and philosophy, he is conversant with different religions and has personal relationship with God, through faith in Jesus Christ. Character wise, he is an atrovert and an eloquent public speaker. He is currently employed as a Deputy Director at one of the universities in Johannesburg. As a father of three, Mafihla loves his family more than anything else.
