Once the books are received, orders may be refunded in the form of store credit, provided the books are in mint condition. Box Delivery

Deliveries & ETA's

At The Clowder Bookstore, we strive to deliver your purchases promptly and efficiently. Our standard estimated delivery time is 10-14 working days for in-stock items. However, in the event that an item goes out of stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

We understand the importance of timely updates, which is why we commit to notifying all customers as soon as any changes or updates regarding their orders are received. If your books are ready to be dispatched earlier than expected, rest assured that we will inform you promptly.
