Introducing Hendrik Dieckmann

Hendrik was born in Germany, where he completed his schooling and a commercial apprenticeship with a Unilever subsidiary. After serving four years in the German Defence Force, he emigrated to South Africa in 1969. There, he built a successful career in the automotive parts industry, eventually serving on the boards of several large corporations. After retiring, he transitioned into management consulting, focusing on assisting IT divisions within the financial sector. 

Drawing on a lifetime of business and technology experience, Hendrik has developed a deep interest in artificial intelligence. Encouraged by others to share his knowledge, he now helps older adults explore and benefit from this transformative technology.
Today, he lives in Somerset West, Cape Town, where he continues to empower others through writing and mentorship.
